Doximity leadership shares highlights from HIMSS2023

HIMSS 2023 didn’t disappoint as the most influential health and technology event of the year and the Doximity Dialer Enterprise team was thrilled to attend. Health system clients, CMIOs, CIOs and Telehealth directors stopped by our booth to share insights and discuss the future of virtual care. Here are a few highlights from our time in Chicago, IL shared by Doximity’s own Dialer Enterprise General Manager, Vice President of Telehealth, and Sr. Director of Client Success.

“AI and ChatGPT were certainly the talk of the town at HIMSS this year. It was fun chatting with folks across the industry about all the ways our DocsGPT tool could be deployed within various clinical workflows and ultimately enhance the way our clinicians get their work done. At Doximity we've always been clinicians first and we'll continue to leverage emerging tools like ChatGPT to improve the workflows of our clinician members.”

HIMSS provides a unique opportunity for us to connect with likeminded innovators who share a common vision of caring for patients and providers. Many conversations highlighted how Dialer’s continued telephony innovation is resulting in significant increase in patient pick up rates and successful connections. There was also great excitement around our acquisition of Amion and the opportunity to drive needed innovation in on-call scheduling with our provider first approach to development. We left our time together with new insights and ideas that make us even more excited for the year ahead.

Dialer has become an indispensable tool in facilitating patient care over the past few years, so naturally many of our discussions centered around methods to standardize Dialer use within provider workflows, particularly in the EHR. We’ve invested significant development in our integrations with Epic and Cerner along with a newly launched option for MEDITECH Expanse Now, and we look forward to collaborating with our Dialer Enterprise partners to meet those workflow needs.
