Hospital at Home: Learnings from Early Adopters

Aided by the rapid adoption of virtual care technologies during the pandemic, health systems across the country have begun piloting Hospital at Home programs to learn how they can care for more patients outside the four walls of the hospital. Given the variety of programs and strategies being tested, it is important that healthcare leaders share learnings and best practices across organizations.
