Explore our favorite product updates from 2023

Jan 29, 2024 | Hospital Solutions

As we say goodbye to 2023 and dive into 2024, we’re looking back at some of our favorite product updates over the past year. From platform-wide updates to Hospital Solutions product enhancements, it’s been a busy year.

Doximity GPT

Generative AI dominated headlines in 2023. Every industry from fashion to finance considered how various AI tools could impact their work. Doximity launched AI-powered Doximity GPT to help clinicians streamline administrative tasks. Complete with a robust prompt library and other time-saving features (like the ability to send prior authorization letters directly to insurance companies), the free and HIPAA-compliant Doximity GPT quickly became a physician favorite, serving thousands and thousands of clinician prompts each week.

Dashboard Level-Up

You asked, we listened. We heard that partners wanted access to more information about their marketing programs, so we made some serious updates to our partners’ dashboards. We unveiled our Content Hub, which allows partners to see all of the content they’ve shared on Doximity, including top-level metrics. We also enabled self-service downloads of several valuable reports. Two-thirds of our partners have leveraged this valuable resource to download thousands of reports, check ROI, and optimize their programs.

Dialer “Best in KLAS”

Doximity Dialer is an easy-to-use, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Physicians regularly share their love for the tool’s call-shielding capabilities, allowing them to call patients from their cell phones while protecting their personal number. In 2023, Dialer was named the #1 “Best in KLAS” Telehealth Video Conferencing Platform for the second consecutive year.

Physician Engagement

Doximity facilitates meaningful engagement between physicians and healthcare organizations. This year, we developed opportunities to engage with physicians via geographic- and specialty-specific email digests, promoting even more relevant content deployment. We also streamlined strategies introducing new physician hires to referral networks.

DocDefender

Doximity launched DocDefender, an online privacy service developed in response to the growing concern around physicians’ safety online. Available free of charge to all of Doximity’s physician members, this service helps physicians take back control over their private contact information online. By regaining control over their personal information online, physicians can enjoy more peace of mind and career satisfaction, and most importantly, spend more time focused on patient care.

Here’s to more updates in 2024 that help improve the lives of providers, patients, and partners.
